Together, we can create a brighter future.

The children we support are often victims of poverty, abuse, or homelessness, and deserve an opportunity to turn a page in their life. Will you join us in supporting them to get their lives back on track?

The Youth Advocacy Centre provides a holistic program of youth services in Greater Brisbane, including social, legal, bail, homelessness, and family support.

We are failing our children...

but there is hope.

In many ways, we are failing our children in Queensland. At-risk young people are often caught in a cycle of poverty, trauma, and homelessness.

However, we have a chance to make a difference as a community by showing these young people that we care for them and we are here to support them to a happier future.

Will you join us?

"By the way, you don't understand how grateful I am for you guys. You guys really are helping me set my life up and for that I cannot thank you guys enough"

As a community we all share responsibility for supporting our young people.

YAC will assist homeless young people with essential supplies and to find accommodation.
Our support teams assist young people to change the trajectory of their life and achieve their goals.
Our teams work with children in the justice system to break the cycle.

Your donation can help fund essential support and supplies.

About our unique model

YAC seeks to provide an holistic response to the issues a young person is facing and, where appropriate, we use a multidisciplinary approach whereby YAC’s legal and social welfare staff work collaboratively to assist with the diverse needs of the young person.
